Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Splittd identifies your data using a randomly generated device ID. No email or password required.

How do I move my groups to a new phone?

Use the export feature inside the app (Settings → Export data). Then import on the new device.

Why does the second group cost money?

Splittd has no ads, no tracking, and no subscription. The one-time payment for unlimited groups keeps the lights on.

Can I get a refund?

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play and Apple. Request a refund through them within their refund window.

How do I delete my data?

Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or use the deletion form on this site.
